The present investigations were conducted at the Vegetable Research Farm and Biochemistry Laboratory of Department of Vegetable Science, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana during 2008-09 to 2010-11 with twenty two, eleven and four hybrids obtained from public and private sectors and grown under polyhouse conditions during these years and evaluated for yield and quality traits. From the study of three years, it was concluded that the hybrid HS-18 performed better than other hybrids for economic traits and this hybrid can be exploited commercially for cultivation under polyhouse conditions.
